- India Post is used for most domestic deliveries across India.
2. Delivery Time
- Domestic orders are usually delivered within 3 to 10 days.
- Delivery time may vary depending on your location.
- For North, West, and East India, delivery may take slightly longer as orders are shipped from South India.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping charge: ₹49 across India.
- International shipping starts from ₹600 (charges may vary based on location and weight).
4. Order Dispatch & Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with:
- Tracking ID
- Tracking link
- It is the customer’s responsibility to track the order and ensure successful delivery.
5. Delivery Responsibility
- We do not have our own logistics network like large marketplaces.
- All deliveries are handled by third-party courier services.
- After dispatch, the responsibility to track and receive the parcel lies with the customer.
6. Address & Delivery Guidelines
- Please provide complete and accurate address with correct PIN code and phone number.
- Stay available for delivery calls from courier partners.
- If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Unavailable phone number
- Not answering delivery calls
- The parcel may be returned to us, and re-dispatch will require paying shipping charges again.
7. Returned Shipments
- If a parcel is returned to us for any reason, customer must pay shipping charges again for re-dispatch.
- No refunds will be provided for returned shipments.
8. Delays
- Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
- Weather conditions
- Transport delays
- Courier service issues
- We are not responsible for such delays.
9. International Orders
- International orders are accepted on request.
- Shipping charges depend on destination and package weight.
- Additional customs or service charges may apply based on the destination country.
10. Important Note on Complaints
- An unboxing video is mandatory for any complaints.
- Without proper video proof, complaints will not be accepted.
