  • The recording must be continuous (no cuts, edits, or pauses).
  • The product condition must be clearly visible while opening.

Note: Claims without proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

  • Provides proper tracking and support.
  • Recommended for safe and reliable delivery.

India Post (Economy Option)

  • Lower cost shipping option.
  • Full responsibility lies with the customer after dispatch.
  • We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or missing shipments.
  • If the parcel is returned, customer must pay shipping charges again for re-dispatch.

5. Delivery Responsibility

  • Tracking details will be shared via email after dispatch.
  • Customer must regularly track and ensure successful delivery.
  • We rely on third-party courier services and are not responsible for courier delays.

6. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please provide correct address and contact number.
  • If the parcel is returned due to:
    • Incorrect address
    • Not attending delivery calls
    • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Re-dispatch requires payment of shipping charges again.

  • Orders are shipped from South India.
  • Delivery to North, West, and East India may take slightly longer in rare cases.
